About Me

I am very excited to be working at Don Campbell Elementary! I will be working as the Learning Assistance Teacher in the mornings and teaching grade 3 in the afternoons. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Native American Studies, a Bachelor of Education and a Masters of Education. I have been a teacher for 21 years and worked with Red Deer Public Schools for almost 14 years. My family has lived in Red Deer for 15 years. My husband is a Fire Fighter/Paramedic with the City of Red Deer, my son is 16 years old and attends Lindsay Thurber and I have an adorable dog, Dexter, who is a nine year old Cardigan Corgi. We love to go camping, paddleboarding, going to movies and I love to read  and journal in my spare time.
